- 10:45 AM – 11:30 AM – Explore and harvest fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables at Hanoi’s largest traditional farming area.
- 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM – Prepare ingredients and cook authentic Vietnamese home-style dishes together with local farmers using the produce harvested from the farm and ingredients purchased at the rural market.
